Ego inflator. During one of our first gigs, a chinese man entered  and finished our set and left us a tip of 100 $.

Probably from our first gig. I remember being so nervous I got an asthma attack. But seeing/feeling an audience for the first time? I knew surgery was gonna be one of the best things that could ever happen to my life.
